ABOUT CRAIG'S PLACE
The luxury, serviced lodging situated on the pristine Highland Gate Golf & Trout Estate has been designed to host six guests. All 3 bedrooms lead onto a private deck offering unrivaled view’s. An open plan laundry/kitchen/lounge extends to an indoor braai/dining room. This multifunctional area leads out to the adjacent deck overlooking the front lawn and private, astroturf, putting green.
Arrivals & Departures - 12.00pm
In order to not hasten departing guests, sameday check-ins cannot be accepted. Respectfully, guests departing later than 12.00 when the cleaning service arrives, will forfeit their deposit.
Off Peak & Midweek (Monday - Thursday) R6300/night
Peak Time & Weekends (Friday - Sunday) R7800/night
Bookings require a 50% deposit and the balance has to be settled 14 days prior to check in, with proof of payment provided.
Cancellation policy:
• 100% forfeiture of deposit if cancelling 14 days prior to arrival
• 50% forfeiture of deposit if cancelling 21 days prior to arrival
• 25% forfeiture of deposit if cancelling 30 days or more prior to arrival
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are 2 en-suite bedrooms with both a bath & shower and a 3rd bedroom adjacent to a bathroom with shower only that doubles as a guest toilet. The bed configuration in all bedrooms are made up as single beds pushed together. Each bedroom is fitted with a roof fan for alternate ventilation. Luxurious feel bamboo bedding with the choice of either memory foam or duck down pillows to ensure a good nights rest. Plush monogrammed bath sheets and robes have been provided for your stay.
KITCHEN, LIVING
AND DINING
An open plan laundry/kitchen/lounge expands into the indoor braai/dining room. This multifunctional area leads out to the adjacent deck, overlooking the front lawn boasting a private, astroturf putting green. The kitchen boasts a double door fridge/freezer & separate beverage fridge, gas hob & electrical oven. The laundry offers a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, in addition to the house being serviced daily for your convenience.
